Officer

Guild Council:

Assist the Heru’s, Understanding the policies and providing communication to the guild. Making recommendation on when recruiting should be open based on feed back from the Raid Council. Provide information to new recruits about the guild. Attend all required meetings, assist in non raid events. Involved in providing input on adding new officers in a formal meeting. Mediate between the members and the raid council should a Heru not be present.

Heru

Guild Leaders:

Final say on all guild policy’s and disputes – Holds at least monthly meeting with all officers to discuss things going well and not so well, review policies for any changes.

Ureek will specialize in raiding and handle all raiding disputes as well as over seeing raid policies and the raid council.

Ryusaru, Thieron, Jakini, and Maligun will specialize in every day guild functions and handle non-raid disputes as well as general guild welfare and policy.

All Herus will of course be available to all guild functions but may defer to the appropriate counterpart if so desired.
